A student-led initiative creating opportunities in AI, technology, leadership, and innovation for girls across the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia — and the diaspora that connects them.
MENA & Central Asian Girls in STEM is a youth-led initiative focused on helping girls across the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia discover opportunities in AI, STEM, entrepreneurship, and global leadership. Our mission is to inspire, connect, and empower students through mentorship, projects, hackathons, and educational resources — from Marrakech to Tashkent and everywhere in between.
Bridging girls across MENA, Central Asia, and the diaspora
Centered on the fields shaping the next decade
Built by young women, for young women
Connecting voices across continents and cultures
Five pillars guide every workshop, hackathon, and conversation we create.
Open doors to programs, scholarships, and resources that girls in our region rarely hear about.
Demystify artificial intelligence so it feels learnable, useful, and fundamentally ours to shape.
Pair students with mentors, friends, and collaborators across cities, schools, and continents.
Encourage girls to lead projects, found ventures, and make decisions that move communities forward.
Celebrate the founders, researchers, and creatives from the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia already reshaping what STEM looks like.
